dc.description.abstract	Práce si bere za cíl analyzovat nástroje využívané pro každodenní správu agendy, doku-mentů, týmovou spolupráci a další firemní obsah. Teoretická část zasvěcuje do problemati-ky týmové spolupráce s návazností na možnosti využití ve výpočetní technice. Představuje konkrétní funkcionality programů cloudových řešení od společností Google a Microsoft. Popisuje možnosti zabezpečení a také využití napříč operačními systémy. Praktická část charakterizuje strukturu malé firmy a následně porovnává jednotlivé aplikace na základě požadavků podniku. Dokument zodpovídá otázky problematiky s kancelářskými sadami G Suite a Office 365. Zároveň také popisuje příklady praktického využití v malé firmě.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The work aims to analyze the tools used for day-to-day agenda management, documents, teamwork and other corporate content. The theoretical part is devoted to the problems of team cooperation with the possibility of using in computer technology. It represents the specific functionality of cloud solutions from Google and Microsoft. It describes security options as well as application through operational systems. The analytical part characterizes the structure of the small company and afterwards compares individual applications based on company's requirements. The document answers issues of the G Suite and Office 365 office suite. It also describes use of practical examples in a small company.
