Diplomová práce se zabývá aktuální problematikou náhradního plnění v oblasti bezpečnostních a dalších činností. Teoretická část popisuje náhradní plnění, bezpečnostní služby a zaměstnávání zdravotně postižených osob v bezpečnostních službách. Praktická část se zabývá problematikou zaměstnávání osob se zdravotním postižení v bezpečnostním sektoru. Cílem diplomové práce bylo analyzovat aktuální problematiku Náhradního plnění v oblasti bezpečnostních a dalších činností (zaměstnávání osob zdravotně postižených) z hlediska právních, ekonomických a sociálních aspektů. |
