Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vliv stresu na zaměstnance. Teoretická část seznamuje se základními pojmy z dané problematiky. Zabývá se psychosociálními riziky na pracovišti, příčinami stresu v pracovním i v mimopracovním prostředí, jejich dopadem na zaměstnance i podnik. V neposlední řadě se zabývá možnými způsoby snížení stresu na pracovišti. V rámci praktické části je mapována spokojenost zaměstnanců v podniku XY a na základě analýzy situace jsou pak navrhována opatření pro podnik, která by mohla vést ke zmírnění stresu zaměstnanců v daném podniku. |

The Thesis focuses on influence of the stress on the employes. The theoretical part descri-bes basic terms. It deals with psychological social risks on the workplace, stress causes in the workplace and also out-of work environment, the impact of the stress to the employees and also to the business. It also describes possible ways how to recude the stress at the workplace. The practical part the the Thesis maps satisfaction of the workers in the com-pany (XY) and based to the analysis of the situation are recommended the steps for the company, which can lead to stress reduction of the workers in that company. |
