Bezpečný provoz na pozemních komunikacích, tvoří důležitou součást infrastruktury nejen v městském provozu, ale i v silničním provozu obecně. Jelikož se současná doba projevuje stále většími nároky na přepravu osob či materiálu, je problematika provozu na dopravních komunikacích o to aktuálnější a je zřejmé, že tento trend bude trvat i v budoucnu. Jednou z možných cest, jak přispívat ke zvýšení bezpečnosti a plynulosti dopravy je použití systémů určených pro řízení dopravy. Tyto systémy představují moderní součást pozemních komunikací. Předložená diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou současného stavu řízení dopravy ve Zlíně, dále pak popisem a porovnáním současných technických systémů v řízení dopravy. Experimentální část práce je věnována samotnému návrhu projektu pro liniové řízení dopravy (dále jen RLTC) ve Zlíně, dále jeho možnostem a zhodnocením z různých hledisek. Hlavním cílem předkládané práce je tedy vytvořit ucelený dokument shrnující veškeré podstatné informace týkající se RLTC. |

The safe traffic on the roads makes up the important part of infrastructure not only in the town transport but also in the road system generally. Because nowadays the big demands to the transport of people or things grow more and more is the problems of the traffic on the roads much more current and it is evident that this trend will continue even in the future. One of the possible ways how to contribute to the increasing of the safety and the fast-flowing is the use of the systems which are given to control of transport. These systems represent the up-to-date part of the roads communication. The presented diploma work occupies with analyse of the present situation of transport control in the town Zlin further with the description and the comparison of the contemporary technical systems in the transport control. The experimental part of the work is taken of the draft of the project for the line control of transport (RLTC) in the town Zlin further its possibilities and the evaluation from thedifferent points of view. The main purpose of the presented work is to give the integral document containing all basic information concerning RLTC. |
