Cílem této práce se bylo nejdříve vrátit do historie kontroly hranic Československa a popsat jakým způsobem byla prováděna kontrola a ochrana hranic. Dále se zaměřit na způsob ochrany hranic v ČR a jiných státech v dnešní době. V dalších kapitolách jsem se věnoval analýze bezpečnostních rizik souvisejících s ochranou hranic, které aktuálně hrozí. Provedl jsem analýzu vhodných technických systémů, kterých by mohlo být užito k ochraně hranic ČR. V praktické části jsem se zaměřil na návrh zabezpečení hranic prostřednictvím tech-nické ochrany a fyzické ostrahy. Dále jsem se zabýval ekonomickým vyhodnocením navr-hovaného řešení a jeho přínos pro společnost. Závěrem jsem se zabýval dalším možným vývojem užitých systémů. |

The first aim of this work is to return into the history of the border control of Czechoslova-kia and describe in which way the border protection was performed. Furthermore, it is fo-cused on the way of border protection in the Czech Republic and other countries nowa-days. In other chapters, there has been made the analysis of current security risks related to the protection of borders. There has been performed an analysis of appropriate technologi-cal systems that could be used to protect the borders of the Czech Republic. The practical part has been focused on the suggestion of border protection through both technical as well as physical protection. There has also been elaborated the economic evaluation of the pro-posed solution and its benefits for the society. Finally, there has been outlined a possible further development of applied systems. |
