dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce řeší problematiku legislativních a technických požadavků na komponenty poplachových systémů v rámci procesu jejich uvádění na trhy v EU a ČR. Teoretická část práce navíc analyzuje působnost organizací v oblasti technické normalizace a subjektů, které se podílí na posuzování shody, certifikace a zkoušení výrobků. Stěžejní výstup práce představuje metodická příručka pro výrobce poplachových systémů, řešící postup činností spojených s ověřováním požadavků na výrobky a jejich uvádění na trh. Uvedené části diplomové práce doplňuje přehled doporučení zákazníkům při výběru poplachového systému.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The object of the thesis focus on legislative and technical requirements of alarm systems within process of placing the product on the EU markets. Theoretical part analysing activity of organisations participating on technical normalisation, certification and testing products. Main conclusion of the thesis represents metodical manual for producers of alarm systems, helping them processing work which includes checking requirements on their products by directives and placing them on the markets. Mentioned parts of the thesis are completed with recomendation for customers which are interested in bying the alarm.
