Cílem diplomové práce "Bezpečnostní rada kraje" je identifikovat základní problémy, které bezpečnostní rady krajů řeší, analyzovat problémy vybraných bezpečnostních rad krajů a navrhnout na ně možná řešení. Teoretická část se zaměřuje na vysvětlení problematiky krizového řízení ve veřejné správě, systému krizového řízení v kraji, bezpečnostních rad, které slouží ke koordinaci bezpečnosti České republiky a bezpečnostní rady kraje. Praktická část popisuje výsledky dotazníkového šetření mezi bezpečnostními radami krajů v celé České republice. Šetření bylo zaměřeno na zjištění problémů, které bezpečnostní rady krajů řeší a se kterými se při výkonu své činnosti potýkají. Poté byly analyzovány problémy u vybraných bezpečnostních rad krajů, na které byla navrhnuta možná řešení. |

The aim of the thesis "The Regional Security Council" is to identify the fundamental problems that the Regional Security Council addressed the following analysis of selected issues of security councils of regions and suggestion of possible solutions. The theoretical part focuses on explaining the problems of crisis management in public administration, its system in the county councils, which are used to coordinate safety Czech Republic and the Regional Security Council. The practical part describes the results do inquiry of the Regional Security Councils in the Czech Republic. Investigation was focused on finding problems, which solves The Regional Security Council and which is carrying out its activities face. They were then analyzed problems in selected regions of the security councils, which were later suggested possible solutions. |
