dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce je zaměřena na zvýšení návštěvnosti termálních bazénů Wellness Horal ve Velkých Karlovicích. V teoretické části je provedena literární rešerše týkající se cestovního ruchu, hotelnictví a wellness. V rámci praktické části je provedena analýza současného stavu a současných služeb v termálních bazénech pomocí ekonomické analýzy, SWOT analýzy, analýzy stavu obsazenosti a analýzy úrovně spokojenosti návštěvníků bazénů. Navržené řešení vycházející ze zjištěných poznatků se skládá ze dvou dílčích projektů. První je navržen pro cílovou skupinu rodin s dětmi, druhý pro cílovou skupinu seniorů. Záměrem obou projektů je zvýšit návštěvnost ve všední dny a zajistit tak rovnoměrné rozložení návštěvnosti po celý týden. Oba projekty jsou podrobeny časové, nákladové a rizikové analýze.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This diploma thesis is focused on increasing the number of visitors attending thermal pools in Wellness Horal in Velké Karlovice. In the theoretical part there is a literature research about tourism, hotel industry and wellness. The analytical part deals with the analysis of the current situation of Wellness Horal, with the analysis of services, economical analysis, SWOT analysis, analysis of attendance of thermal pools and level of visitors´ satisfaction with thermal pools. Based on the analysis there is the project which consists of two partial projects. The first one is focused on families with children and the second one is focused on seniors. The aim of both projects is to increase the attendance on weekdays and keep balance of attendance for all days of the week. Finally these projects are analyzed from the economical, time and risk points of view.
