Cílem této práce je poskytnout obecný přehled, jak nejlépe uspět v sebeobranné situaci, seznámit se zranitelnými místy lidského těla. Pomocí schémat lidského těla zobrazit a zdůvodnit zranitelná místa na těle z hlediska sebeobrany se zbraní a beze zbraně. Uvést čím a jak na tato místa působit, zdůvodnit pravděpodobné následky tohoto působení a stanovit možné pořadí účinnosti. Zpracovat vhodná schémata zranitelných míst. Při práci budou využity volně dostupné internetové informační zdroje, odborná literatura. |

The objective of this work is to give general survey, how to best succeed in self-defence situation, make the acquaintance of vulnerable places of the human body. By the help of schematics of the human body display and give reasons for vulnerable places on body from the point of self-defence with arms and without arms. Demonstrate wherewith and how to impact on these places, give reasons for supposable consequences of these influences and determine possible order of effectiveness. Work out acceptable schematics of vulnerable places. There will be used freely accessible Internet sources, professional literature at this work. |
