dc.description.abstract	Tato práce se věnuje objektové analýze portálu ServiceDesk. Portál ServiceDesk umožňuje přebírat požadavky od uživatelů, evidovat aktivity spojené s jejich řešením, komunikovat s uživateli a poskytovat jim informace o všech důležitých provozních stavech dodávaných služeb. Cílem práce je vypracovat analýzu a vytvořit model tohoto systému pomocí modelovacího jazyka UML. Rozsahem této práce je vytvoření jednotlivých diagramů, které jsou využívány pro modelování při analýze a návrhu softwaru.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This theses focuses on object oriented analysis of ServiceDesk portal. The ServiceDesk portal can takes requests from users, record activities associated with their solutions, communicate with users and provide them informations about all important operating states of service delivery. The aim of theses is develop analysis and model of this system using UML language. The scope of this theses is to create individual graphs, which are used for modeling in analysis and design software.
