dc.description.abstract	Tato práce představuje knihovnu ITIL 2011 a její jednotlivé části. Podrobněji se zaměřuje na pojem "Best Practices". Popisuje možnosti využití této metodiky pro podniky s malým IT oddělením a možnosti implementace součástí ITIL a standardizace procesů v těchto podnicích. Cílem je zpracování obecných zásad implementace a upozornění na nejčastější chyby. Praktická část analyzuje aktuální stav řízení IT v konkrétním podniku s malým IT a popisuje vlastní implementaci částí ITIL v tomto podniku.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis presents ITIL 2011 library, its individual parts and also focuses on the concept of "Best Practices". This thesis describes the possibility of utilization ITIL framework for companies with small IT department and opportunities of standardization of processes. Objective is processing of general principles for implementation and revelation of the most common mistakes during implementation. Practical part analyses current state of IT management in specific company with small IT department and describes own implementation process in this company.
