dc.description.abstract-translated	My work focuses in its theoretical part on budgeting within project management. It defines basis concept of budgeting and presents a real job with budgeting in low-voltage systems. The main goal of this thesis was to create an optimization of a budget of security systems which will be important for simple and quick job of the estimator. The tree structure which is designed points to the advisability and practicality of the proposed system by divided into various groups and subgroups of individual technologies. Part of practical part was to create a model quotation of security systems. In conclusion are proposed requirements for a budget program that would allow to the es-timator its maximum utilization.
