Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou ochrany měkkých cílů před teroristickým útokem. Definuje základní pojmy, které souvisí s terorismem. Popisuje vývoj terorismu a seznamuje s nejhoršími teroristickými útoky, které v minulosti zasáhly lidskou společnost. Dále stručně charakterizuje jednotlivé typy terorismu a popisuje současný postoj České republiky k boji proti terorismu. Obsahuje také profily nejznámějších teroristických organizací a objasňuje význam protiteroristických jednotek. Praktická část je zaměřena na rozbor Metodiky zajištění fyzické ochrany veřejných vysokých škol. Je zde provedeno určení měkkých cílů ve Zlínském kraji, které jsou ohodnoceny pomocí metody CARVER. Dále se diplomová práce zabývá rozborem třech nejzávažnějších teroristických útoků na školy, na které lidská společnost nikdy nezapomene. Následně se zaměřuje na posouzení současného stavu zabezpečení vybraného měkkého cíle z pohledu teroristického útoku a pomocí aplikace Terex jsou vyhodnoceny dopady výbuchu nástražného výbušného systému na vybraných místech měkkého cíle. Poslední část je věnována návrhu protiteroristického průvodce pro vysoké školy. |

This master´s thesis deals with the protection of soft targets from a terrorist attack. It defines basic concepts related to terrorism. It describes the evolution of terrorism and demonstrates the worst terrorist attacks which affected human society. The thesis briefly describes the various types of terrorism and look into the current position of the Czech Republic to the fight against terrorism. It also contains profiles of the most famous terrorist organizations and explains the importance of anti-terrorist units. The practical part is focused on analysis methodologies to ensure the physical protection of public universities. There is a determination of soft goals in the Zlin region, which are valued using the method CARVER. Furthermore, the thesis deals with the analysis of the three most serious terrorist attack on the school, which human society will never forget. Then focuses on the assessment of the current security status of selected soft targets from the perspective of a terrorist attack, by using Terex are evaluated the effects of an explosion of an explosive device at selected locations of a soft target. The last section is devoted to the draft Anti-Terrorism guide for college. |
