dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci v odvětví průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti. Teoretická část je zaměřena na význam a zásady bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci a zároveň pojednává o legislativě platné v České republice a Evropské unii. Praktická část využívá dotazníkového šetření s cílem zmapování situace a úrovně bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci v podniku zabývajícím se zejména výrobou folií do bezpečnostních skel. Na základě výsledků dotazníkového šetření a vytvoření modelové struktury podniku je navržen systém řízení bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. Závěr práce se zabývá vývojovými trendy v oblasti bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This thesis deals with the issue of health and safety at work in the commercial security industry. The theoretical part focuses on the importance and principles occupational safety and health, and also discusses the legislation in force in the Czech Republic and the European Union. The practical part uses the survey to map the situation and the level of safety and health at work in a company engaged in the manufacture of foil in safety glass. Based on the results of the questionnaire investigation and create a model company structure is designed safety management systém and health at work. Finally, the thesis deals with trends in occupational safety and health.
