dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce pojednává o problematice posouzení bezpečnostních rizik bioplynové stanice. Práce je dělena do části teoretické a praktické. Teoretická část vymezuje problematiku bioplynových stanic, právní povinnosti a management rizik. Praktická část je zaměřena na identifikaci bezpečnostních rizik pomocí různých metod a analýz. V závěru práce je zpracován návrh systému bezpečnosti pro redukci nejzávažnějších vybraných bezpečnostních rizik.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This Diploma Thesis deals with the Issue of Safety Risks Assessment of the Biogas Plants. The Thesis is divided into Theoretical and Practical Parts. The Theoretical Part defines the Issues of Biogas Plants, Legal Obligations and Risks Management. The Practical Part is focused on identifying Safety Risks by various Methods and Analysis. In Conclusion of the Thesis there is a Proposal of Safety System for reducing the most serious of selected Safety Risks.
