Tato diplomová práce rozebírá systém řízení BOZP, obsáhlost tohoto tématu, důležitost, vyvíjení a rozšiřování v dnešní době. V první části vám přiblížím bezpečnost a ochranou zdraví při práci spíše obecně. Pokusím se o nahlédnutí do všech důležitých kapitol této problematiky. Shrnu zde také normativní a legislativní požadavky v České republice. Cílem praktické části je navrhnout systém řízení BOZP na vybranou společnost. |

In the first part of my thesis I will try to explain basic facts connected to occupational safety and health management system. I'll try to make a closer view on all important chapters of this issue. I will also summarize normative and legislative requirements for this topic in the Czech Republic. The aim of practical part is to suggest OSH management system on chosen company. |
