Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřena na problematiku situací profesní obrany (dále jen PrO) v souvislosti s automobilem a v prostředí průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti (dále jen PKB). V teoretické části jsou specifikovány zákonné normy, pracovní pozice využívající automobil, v rámci PKB. Jsou analyzovány nejčastější situace PrO, které souvisí s automobilem a s pracovníky PKB. V praktické části jsou popsány úspěšné a neúspěšné způsoby řešení některých situací PrO v souvislosti s automobilem a navrženy základní způsoby řešení situace PrO v souvislosti s automobilem. |

This bachelor thesis is focused on issues of professional defence situations (hereinafter referred to as PrD) in connection with automobiles and in the commercial security industry (hereinafter referred to as CoSI). In the theoretical section, legal norms and work positions utilizing automobiles are speci-fied in terms of CoSI. There is also an analysis of the most common PrD situations related to automobile use and CoSI workers. In the practical section, successful and unsuccessful ways of solving some PrD situations involving automobile use are described, along with suggested elemental methods for solving them as well. |
