dc.description.abstract	Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. V teoretické části je zpracován stručný přehled historie výkonu trestu, zákon o výkonu vazby a zákon o výkonu trestu odnětí svobody. Dále je zaměřena na penitenciární a postpenitenciární péči o odsouzené a Vězeňskou službu České republiky. Praktická část je zaměřena na komparaci vězeňství v České republice a zahraničí a s tím spojenou privatizaci vězeňství.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor thesis deals with the issue of an execution of a prison sentence. The theoreti-cal part aims to review the history of the sentence execution as well as the custody and sentence execution laws. It is also focused on the penal care of prisoners sentenced by the Czech Penitentiary service. The practical part compares the Czech prison system with the prison systems used abroad and deals with the issue of the privatization of prisons.
