dc.description.abstract	Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá samotným vymezením pojmu osobní údaj vycházejícím ze zákona č. 101/2000 Sb., o ochraně osobních údajů. Komparuje tento zákon s použitím v prostředí internetu a formuluje možné případy jeho zneužití. Obsahuje nejdůležitější pasáže a pojmy z tohoto zákona doplněné fakty dalších autorů, kteří se této problematice věnují. V praktické části jsou uvedeny výsledky ankety pro veřejnost. Hlavním účelem ankety pro veřejnost, uvedené v příloze, bylo zjistit, co si samotná veřejnost představuje pod pojmem osobní údaj a zda již má zkušenosti s jejich zneužitím. Je zde uvedeno i několik vybraných webových služeb a jejich přístup k ochraně osobních údajů. Dále jsou v této části formulovány rady, kterými by se měli řídit jak samotní uživatelé webových služeb, tak i provozovatelé.

dc.description.abstract-translated	This bachelor's thesis deals with the actual definition of the concept of personal data based on law no. 101/2000 Coll., about the protection of personal data. Compares this law with the use of the internet environment and formulates possible cases of abuse. It contains the most important passages and terms of this law, supplemented by facts of other authors who engage in this issue. In the practical part, there are results of the survey for the public. The main purpose of the survey for the public, which is in the annex, was to determine what is the actual public's perception of personal data and whether they already have experience with its misuse. It lists a few selected web services and their access to personal data protection. Furthermore, there are often phrased advice, which the users of web services and also operators should follow.
