Cílem této bakalářské práce je analýza běžně využívaného účetního software, který je vhodný pro podnikající fyzické osoby nebo právnické osoby v České republice. Teoretická část práce zahrnuje účetní legislativní požadavky u jednotlivých podnikajících osob, kritéria pro správný výběr vhodného software a shrnutí základních technických parametrů nejčastěji používaných účetních programů. Praktická část se věnuje srovnání účetních software na platformách MS Windows a Linux dle dostupných variant, funkcionalit, technické vybavenosti a vzájemné kompatibility s běžně využívaným kancelářským software. Práce obsahuje také vyhodnocení dotazníku, na jehož základě je následně navržen optimální účetní systém pro malé či střední podnikatele. |

The aim of this bachelor´s thesis is an analysis of current accounting software for entrepreneurs and small companies in the Czech Republic. Theoretical part contains accounting legislation, criteria for choosing suitable software and a summary of basic technical specifications of the most frequently used accounting software. Practical part includes comparison of accounting software on both MS Windows and Linux operating systems. The comparison has been carried out upon available versions, functionality, technical equipment and mutual compatibility with common office software. The work also contains evaluation questionnaire followed by a proposal for optimal accounting software recommended for entrepreneurs and small companies. |
