Táto práca je rozdelená do teoretickej a do praktickej časti. V teoretickej časti sú postupne popísané požiadavky na výrobky používané v stavebnom priemysle, požiadavky na projektovú dokumentáciu a na projektanta, ktorý takúto dokumentáciu vyhotovuje. Tiež sú uvedené a popísané etapy stavby. V praktickej časti je uvedený postup na konkrétnom prípade výstavby Logistického centra, kedy sú vypracované jednotlivé stupne projektovej dokumentácie a zrealizovanie diela profesií EPS, PR a EZS. Na záver je uvedená kolaudácia objektu spolu s odovzdaním diela objednávateľovi. |

This work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. In the theoretical part, there are gradually described requirements for products used in building industry, requirements for project documentation and for a planner making this documentation. There are also mentioned and described phases of a construction. In the practical part, there is described procedure for a particular case of Logistics center construction, when the individual stages of a project documentation are worked out and work execution of professions FAS, PA, I&HAS. In conclusion there is mentioned final inspection of a building altogether with work handover to a client. |
