dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce pojednává o vlivu probíhající ekonomické recese v organizacích působících v průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti. V první části jsem se zaměřil na definování pojmů průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti a soudobé ekonomické krize. V druhé části jsem se snažil pomoci dotazníkové metody zjistit názorový stav subjektů působících v průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti na ekonomický vývoj posledních let a poznatky o svých zaměstnancích. Dále se práce zabývá současnými právními úpravami pro činnost podniku a navrhovanou právní úpravou pro činnost soukromých bezpečnostních služeb.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis discusses the impact of the ongoing economic recession in organizations in the commercial security industry. The first part focused on defining the terms commercial security industry and the contemporary economic crisis. In the second part I tried using the questionnaire method, find an ideological state entities operating in the commercial security industry for economic development in recent years and the knowledge of their employees. The thesis also discusses current legal arrangements for the operation of the company and proposed legislation for the private security sector.
