dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce se zabývá postojem žáků a studentů k direktivitě učitele. Teoretická část práce se zaměřuje na objasnění pojmů autorita a direktivita, dále se zabývá osobností učitele a žáka ve výchovně vzdělávacím procesu, specifikuje výchovné styly učitele. V závěru teoretické části jsou nastíněna teoretická východiska, kterými jsou již realizované výzkumy zaměřené na učitelskou profesi a výchovně vzdělávací proces. Stěžejní, praktická část se věnuje výzkumu postojů žáků a studentů nejen k direktivitě učitele, ale i postojem žáků a studentů k ostatním výchovným stylům učitele.

dc.description.abstract-translated	The topic of this Master Thesis is focused on mapping of the pupil´s and student´s attitudes to directive teacher. The theoretical part is focused on the teacher´s and student´s persona-lity in the education and it also describes teaching styles. In the end of the theoretical part are described results from various researches carried out on education. The practical part deals with the research itself. Besides of the main target is the Master Thesis focused on futher targets as to find out which of the teaching style is prefered by pupils and student.
