V diplomové práci jsem se zaměřila na problematikou vlivu globalizace na konkurence-schopnost maloobchodu a řízení marketingového mixu v prodejně Drogerie - Parfumerie. Jsou zde zpracovány teoretické podklady týkající se vzniku maloobchodu, marketingový mix a strategický management. V praktické části jsou postupně analyzovány jednotlivé složky marketingového mixu SWOT analýza, na základe provedených analýz jsou na závěr formulovány návrhy a doporučení pro zlepšení úrovně marketingového řízení. |

This master thesis I have focused to problems related to globalization effect over the com-petitive strenght of retailing as well as the management of marketing mix in Drogerie - Parfumerie store. There are processed theoretical data with regards to retail genesis, marketing mix and stra-tegic management in this work. Practical part of this work includes gradual analysis of particular elements of marketing mix of SWOT analysis, which are the basis for proposals and recommendations how to improve the level of marketing management. |
