Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem hazardu na kriminalitu a společnost v České republice. Práce je koncipována ve dvou rovinách: první sleduje legislativní rámec provozování hazardu, téma patologického hráčství v souvislosti s pácháním trestné činnosti, ale také průkaznost sebevražd z důvodu této závislosti a možný kriminální dopad v lokalitě Zlínského kraje, města Zlína a zmapování rizikových oblastí v České republice. Druhá část řeší otázku technického zabezpečení provozoven určených k hazardním hrám, bezpečnost obsluhujícího personálu a bezpečnost provozu. Dále pak monitoruje situaci v oblasti hazardu v okolních státech. Cílem diplomové práce je seznámit čtenáře s danou oblastí podnikání a najít souvislosti mezi pácháním trestné činnosti a hazardem, posoudit celkový vliv hazardu na společnost. Nalézt možnosti využití technických a technologických prostředků subjektů komerční bezpečnosti v této oblasti podnikání. |

This thesis examines the influence of gambling on crime and society in the Czech Republic. The work is conceived in two levels: the first follows the legislative framework for the operation of gambling, compulsive gambling topic in connection with the commission of crime, but also the relevance of suicides because of this addiction and possible criminal impact in the Zlín Region, town of Zlín and mapping risk areas in the Czech Republic. The second part addresses the issue of technical security establishments intended for gambling, the in addition, it monitors the situation of gambling in neighboring states. The aim of this thesis is to familiarize the reader with the business areas and identify links between offending and gambling, to assess the overall impact of gambling on society. Find the possibilities of technical and technological means operators of commercial security in this business. |
