Teoretická část diplomové práce nejprve objasňuje pojem podnik. Na předcházející teoretický aparát navazuje vymezení klasifikace podniků a určení specifických rysů podniků průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti. Dále je popsána základní teorie vztahující se k finanční analýze, k jejím uživatelům a zdrojům informací. Tuto elementární teorii rozvíjí následující text, který vymezuje hlavní metody a nástroje finanční analýzy včetně benchmarkingu. Závěr teoretické části tvoří seznámení se SWOT analýzou. Praktická část nejdříve charakterizuje analyzovanou firmu Mark2 Corporation Czech. Poté jsou na tuto firmu aplikovány metody a nástroje finanční analýzy včetně benchmarkingu, který je prováděn s podnikem D. I. Seven. Po shrnutí výsledků finanční analýzy a benchmarkingu jsou na základě sestavené SWOT analýzy definovány návrhy na zlepšení finančně-ekonomické situace ve firmě Mark2 Corporation Czech. |

The theoretical part of the thesis first describes the concept of a company. Classification of enterprises and determination of the specific features of the company of commercial security industry follows the previous theoretical apparatus. Further, the basic theory relating to financial analysis, its users and resources are described. The following text, which outlines the main methods and tools of financial analysis including benchmarking, develops this elementary theory. The conclusion of the theoretical part contains the SWOT analysis explanation. The practical part first describes the analyzed company Mark2 Corporation Czech. Later, methods and tools of financial analysis including benchmarking, which is carried out with D. I. Seven company, are applied to this company. After summarising the results of the financial analysis and benchmarking, the suggestions for improvement of financial-economic situation in the company Mark2 Corporation Czech are defined based on the complied SWOT analysis. |
