dc.description.abstract	Práce se zabývá problematikou bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci. V teoretické části jsou uvedeny zásady BOZP a platná legislativa. V praktické části je provedeno dotazníkové šetření, které následuje návrhem systému řízení BOZP v odvětví průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti. V závěru práce jsou uvedeny možné vývojové trendy v oblasti BOZP v průmyslu komerční bezpečnosti.	cs
