dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce pojednává o patologických závislostech, kdy ve své první části specifikuje jednotlivé formy patologických závislostí, příčiny jejich vzniku, současnou legislativu spojenou s protiprávním jednáním patologicky závislých osob a postupy a prostředky používané k eliminaci závislostí. Druhá část diplomové práce analyzuje individuální názory a postoje respondentů na legislativu České republiky a činnost příslušných orgánů v oblasti patologických závislostí a rovněž na příčiny vzniku těchto závislostí. Druhá neboli praktická část práce je dále doplněna o možné návrhy a opatření, které by mohly směřovat ke snížení vzniku patologických závislostí, a které jsou směřovány zejména na legislativní opatření a opatření vykonávané Policií České republiky.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The thesis deals with pathological addictions. While in its first part it specifies the different forms of pathological addictions, the roots of their development, the current legislation related to illegal behavior of the pathologically addicted and the methods and means used for elimination of the addictions, in its second part it analyzes the individual opinions and stances of the respondents on the legislation of the Czech Republic and activities of the competent authorities in the field of these addictions as well as on the causes of these addictions. The second part that is the practical one is further complemented with possible suggestions and measures that could lead to decrease of formations of pathological addictions and which are particularly aimed at legislation action and precautions taken by the Police of the Czech Republic.	en
