Hlavným podnetom k vypracovaniu tejto BP bola udalosť z jesene 2012, kedy sa v Českej republike vyskytlo viacero prípadov otravy methanolom, ktorý obsahovali na čierno vyrobené liehoviny. Tento pančovaný alkohol má za následok niekoľko desiatok životov. Pomocou Ramanovej spektroskopie sa dá jednoducho a rýchlo zistiť, či sa methanol nachádza v vzorke alebo nie. V praktickej časti sú skúmané vzorky s obsahom methanolu, vyhotovené kalibračné krivky a dôkaz toho, že aj z neznámej vzorky sa dá zistiť koncentrácia prítomného methanolu. Preto Ramanova metóda je vhodná k preverovaniu liehovín, aj keď je zatiaľ necertifikovaná. |

The main and initial impulse for creating this thesis was an event that occurred autumn 2012 in Czech Republic. There were several cases of methanol poisoning from bootlegged spirits which resulted in dozens of deaths. With the utilization of Raman?s spectroscopy it is simple and quick to find out whether methanol is present in the sample or not. In the practical part of the thesis samples with certain amounts of methanol are examined, calibration curves and a proof that concentration of methanol can be established even from an unknown sample are created. Therefore Raman?s method is suitable for attesting of spirits, although it is still uncertified. |
