Tato diplomová práce seznamuje své čtenáře s problematikou bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci, především se zaměřením na odvětví obchodu a služeb. Čtenář bude obeznámen o zásadách uplatňovaných v této problematice, s legislativní úpravou v České republice i Evropské unii a vývojových trendech. Dále budou pomocí dotazníkového šetření zkoumány vybrané aspekty BOZP v odvětví obchodu a služeb také bude navrhnut systém řízení BOZP na modelové struktuře. Cílem této práce je podat ucelený přehled o vědním oboru BOZP a vzbudit touhu i zvědavost čtenářů o tuto tématiku, která je určitě potřebná i užitečná v každodenním životě. |

This master thesis introduces its readers about issue of Occupational Safety and Health, especially focusing on branches of business and services. By survey, the thesis examines selected aspects of Occupational Safety and Health in business and services, it also suggests management system of Occupational Safety and Health on a model structure. The goal of this thesis is an explanation of Occupational Safety and Health and increasing desire and curiosity of readers about this issue, which is definitely useful and important in everyday life. |
