Tato bakalářská práce je zaměřená na problematiku zpravodajství, zejména zpravodajství z otevřených zdrojů. Jejím cílem je osvětlit formy a metody zpravodajské činnosti používané napříč zpravodajskými organizacemi a dále s konkrétním zaměřením na využití otevřených zdrojů v komerční sféře, tedy konkurenčním zpravodajství. Jsou zde rozebrány přednosti i nedostatky využití otevřených zdrojů, některé dostupné nástroje a vhodné zdroje informací. V praktické části je nastíněn možný postup a využití zpravodajství z otevřených zdrojů pro zmapování konkurence podniku a jejich činností. |

This thesis is focused on the issues of intelligence, especially open source intelligence. Its aim is to explain the forms and methods of intelligence used across the organizations and with a particular focus on the use of open source intelligence in the commercial sector, as a competitive intelligence. There are advantages and disadvantages discussed the use of open source, some of the tools available and appropriate resources. The practical section outlines the procedure and the possible use of open source intelligence to map business competition and their activities. |
