Bakalářská práce se zabývá návykovými látkami a jejich vlivem na společnost a to hlavně na kriminalitu spojenou s jejich užíváním. Popisuje jednotlivé návykové látky a jejich vliv na lidský organismus, jednotlivé trestné činnosti konané pod vlivem a vyhodnocuje nejčastější trestnou činnost. Popisuje vývoj boje proti drogám dle jednotlivých světových úmluv. V praktické části je vyhodnocen sociologický průzkum na třech středních školách a z něj získané poznatky jsou využity k navržení preventivních opatření při řešení kriminality vzniklé v důsledku používaní návykových látek. |

The bachelor thesis examines the influence of addictive substances on the society. Especially it determines the extent of criminality caused by the abuse of drugs. Furthermore, it describes several addictive substances and it?s impact on the human body, criminal activities occurring under the influence of addictive substances, and it also evaluates crimes that are most likely to be committed when drug abused. Finally, the thesis outlines the development of the fight against the drugs according to world treaties. Then, in the empirical part, the author designed a sociological survey, which was conducted at three high schools in the Czech Republic. From the obtained findings, the author suggests a set of preventive measures to mitigate criminality stemming out of the abuse of drugs. |
