dc.description.abstract	Předmětem bakalářské práce ?Ochrana obyvatelstva z pohledu malých a středních obcí? je analýza současného stavu zajištění ochrany obyvatelstva z pohledu malých a středních obcí v České republice. Teoretická část bakalářské práce přibližuje historický vývoj v oblasti ochrany obyvatelstva, seznamuje s touto oblastí z pohledu různých mimořádných událostí a mapuje aktuálně platnou legislativu vzhledem k malým a středním obcí. Praktická část bakalářské práce analyzuje reálnou situaci ochrany obyvatelstva u malých a středních obcí ČR a přibližuje pohled obcí na řešení a stav ochrany obyvatelstva v České republice.	cs
