Bakalárska práca sa zameriava na spracovanie spokojnosti zákazníkov firmy Gazdík s poskytovanými službami. Štruktúra práce je rozdelená na dve časti, na teoretickú a praktickú. V teoretickej časti sú spracované poznatky o marketingu, marketingovom mixe a postupoch ako uspokojiť zákazníka. V druhej, praktickej časti sú uvedené základne informácie o firme, spracovaný marketingový mix daného podniku a popísaný prieskum spokojnosti zákazníkov. V závere práce sú uvedené moje odporúčania, ktoré by mohli zefektívniť služby firmy Gazdík. |

My Bachelor thesis is focused on processing of customers satisfaction of company Gazdík with provided services. The structure of the work is divided into two parts, the theoretical and practical. In theoretical part are processed knowledge about marketing, marketing mix and procedures how to satisfy customers. In the second, practical part are described basic information about company, then there is proccesed marketing mix and described research about satisfaction of customers. In conclusion are stated my recommendations which can streamline services provided by company Gazdík. |
