dc.description.abstract	Práce je věnována Prevenci pojistných podvodů. V teoretické části je obecně popsán, co je to pojistný podvod, základní druhy pojistných podvodů, typické formy a způsoby páchání pojistných podvodů. Dále je zde popsán vztah pojistitele a pojistníka a význam prevence podvodů. Cílem praktické části je provést analýzu pojistných podvodů v České republice a dále se práce zaměří na pojistný podvod v oblasti pojištění motorových vozidel. Závěr práce shrnuje provedenou analýzu a návrhy opatření prevence proti podvodům.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	My thesis deals with prevention of insurance frauds. The theoretical part describes what is it an insurance fraud in general, basic types of insurance frauds, typical forms and methods of committing insurance frauds. It also describes relationship of insurer and policyholder and importance of prevention of frauds. The aim of the practical part is to analyze insurance frauds in the Czech Republic and further this thesis will be focused on insurance frauds in motor vehicles insurance range. The conclusion of this work summarizes the analysis and proposals of measures to prevent frauds.	en
