Diplomová práce se zabývá současným stavem poskytování informací ve Vítkovické nemocnici a.s. a s tím související informovaností klientů. Zaměřuje se především na současné nástroje využívané k poskytování informací vedoucí k orientaci klientů a návštěvníků nemocnice. Na základě zjištěných informací je vypracován projekt vybudování Informačního centra. Centrum by mělo usnadnit orientaci klientů a návštěvníků v areálu nemocnice a zároveň by mělo nabídnout nové služby. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány základní poznatky z oblasti služeb, marketingové komunikace a komunikace s lidmi. Na teoretickou část navazuje vyhodnocení dotazníkového šetření, z něhož vychází současná úroveň poskytování služeb a návrhy pro jejich zlepšení. Závěrečná část práce se na základě vyhodnoceného dotazníkového šetření zabývá vybudováním budoucího Informačního centra. |

This thesis deals with the current state of providing information in Vítkovická nemocnice a.s and related awareness of clients. It focuses on present instruments used to provide information leading to the orientation of clients and visitors of the hospital. The project of building information center is based on find out information. The center should help to orient clients and visitors in the hospital and at the same time should offer new services. In the theoretical part are characterized basic knowledge of services, marketing communication and communication with people. The theoretical part is followed by evaluation of the survey, from which comes out current level of providing services and suggestions for its improvement. The final part, based on evaluated survey, deals with the con-struction of planned information center. |
