dc.description.abstract	Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se zaměřila na syndrom vyhoření ve vztahu k povolání operátora call centra, protože právě operátoři jsou tímto jevem výrazně ohroženi. Syndrom vyhoření se dotýká celé řady profesí, zejména těch, kde lidé svojí prací pomáhají ostatním. Mezi tuto skupinu můžeme zařadit i povolání operátora zákaznické linky. Součástí bakalářské práce je výzkumné šetření na základě kvantitativního dotazníku. Výzkum byl zaměřen na operátory call centra energetické společnosti E.ON Česká republika, konkrétně na pracovníky Zákaznické linky elektřina a plyn.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	In my bachelor thesis I have focused on the burn-out syndrome in relation to the occupation of call-center operators because operators are greatly affected by that phenomenon. Burn-out syndrome is connected with a wide range of professions, especially those where the aim of the job is helping others. Into that group the profession of customer line operators may be incorporated. A part of the bachelor thesis is investigation based on quantitative research questionnaires. The research has been focused on the call center operators - employees of the company E.ON Czech Republic, specifically on the staff of Electricity and Gas Customer Service.	en
