Bakalářská práce se v teoretické části zabývá pojmem autoevaluace, který úzce souvisí s pojmem evaluace, dále se zabývá dokumenty, které upravují autoevaluaci škol v České republice. Podstatná část teoretické části je věnována problematice konkurenčního prostředí školy, důležitosti personální práce ve školství a představení mezinárodního standardu Investors in People. Praktická část je zaměřena na kvalitativní výzkum, který se zabývá možností využití stan-dardu Investors in People pro autoevaluaci škol v České rebuplice. Kvalitativní výzkum je realizován formou rozhovorů se zkušenými pracovníky z oblasti výchovy a vzdělávání evaluace, autoevaluace, konkurenční prostředí, cíl organizace, evaluační standardy hodnocení, kurikulum, řízení a rozvoj lidských zdrojů, profesní kompetence. |

Theoretical part of the thesis deals with the definition of the term self-evaluation, that is associated with the term evaluation. The thesis deals also with the documents handling with schools self-evaluation in the Czech Republic. The substantial part of the thesis is devoted to the issues of the school competitive environment, human resources work impor-tance and the international standard Investors in People introduction. The practical part of the thesis is focused on a qualitative research, that deals with the possibility to use the standard Investors in People for schools self-evaluation in the Czech Republic. The qualitative research has been realized in the way of interviews with the skilled workers from the area of education and training. |
