Diplomová práce je zaměřena na úlohu jednotek požární ochrany v integrovaném záchranném systému a vyhodnocení činností jednotek požární ochrany v rámci integrovaného záchranného systému. Teoretická část analyzuje funkce IZS v České republice a jeho základní složky. Hlavní pozornost je věnována jednotkám požární ochrany, způsobu jejich spolupráce a zhodnocení úlohy použití jednotek požární ochrany při typových činnostech. V praktické části práce je provedeno vyhodnocení činnosti jednotek požární ochrany při společných taktických cvičeních IZS a dotazníkové šetření k vyhodnocení základních problémů spojených s činností jednotek požární ochrany při plnění úkolů v integrovaném záchranném systému ve Zlínském kraji při zdolávání mimořádných událostí. Práce hodnotí základní problémy spojené s činností jednotek požární ochrany při plnění úkolů v IZS a v závěru navrhuje opatření pro možná zlepšení činnosti jednotek požární ochrany v rámci IZS. |

My final work deals with the role of the fire protection units in the Integrated Rescue System and with the evaluation of the fire protection units? activities within the Integrated Rescue System. In the theoretical part, there is the structure and the role of the Integrated Rescue System described. The main focus is on the ways of cooperation of the fire protection units and on the assessment of their activity in type activities. The practical part is based on the assessment of the fire protection units? task achievements in the type activities within the Integrated Rescue System and on the research results. The main intention of the research was to identify primary difficulties related to the fire protection units? activities during emergencies within the Integrated Rescue System in Zlin region. To sum up, the final work highlights the primary difficulties related to the fire protection units? activities during emergencies within the Integrated Rescue System and recommends possible arrangements for improvement. |
