Diplomová práce řeší problematiku zabezpečení objektů kulturních památek prostřednictvím technických prostředků bezpečnostního průmyslu. Záměrem předmětné práce je představit možné druhy zabezpečení vhodné k ochraně movitých kulturních památek, předmětů kulturní povahy a památkově chráněných objektů s významným výskytem kulturního dědictví a shrnout společné charakteristické znaky těchto objektů v kontextu s jejich zabezpečením. V diplomové práci je dále zpracováno bezpečnostní posouzení konkrétního objektu, vycházející ze stavebních dispozic objektu, chráněného majetku, dislokace, vnějších a vnitřních vlivů působících na objekt a ze stanovených hrozeb a jejich vyhodnocení. Stěžejním výstupem práce je návrh řešení komplexního zabezpečení objektu finančně úměrný materiálním hodnotám. <br> |

The thesis deals with the issue of security of objects of cultural heritage by means of technical resources of the security industry. The intention of the work is to imagine the possible types of security appropriate to protect movable cultural monuments, objects of a cultural nature and protected objects with significant indigenous cultural heritage and summarized the common characteristics of these objects in the context with their security. In the thesis is further processed the security assessment of a specific object, based on the construction measures of the object, a protected property, dislocation, external and internal influences acting on an object, and of threats and their evaluation. The main output of the work is the design of a comprehensive solution to the security object financially proportional to the material values. <br> |
