Cieľom diplomovej práce je analýza problematiky ochrany obyvateľstva v okrese Šaľa, jeho hlavných hrozieb a rizík, a zabezpečenie ochrany obyvateľstva pred vznikom mimoriadnych udalostí. Teoretická časť predstavuje historický vývoj civilnej ochrany na území Slovenska, hodnotí zákony súvisiace s problematikou ochrany obyvateľstva a vysvetľuje základné pojmy. Praktická časť analyzuje súčasný a hroziaci stav územia, a popisuje zaistenie základných opatrení ochrany obyvateľstva pri vzniku mimoriadnej udalosti spojenej s únikom nebezpečných látok. V závere autor zhodnotil pripravenosť jednotlivých orgánov štátnej správy, a navrhol konkrétne opatrenia smerujúce k zlepšeniu ochrany obyvateľstva v okrese Šaľa. |

The aim of the thesis is to analyze the issue of the protection of inhabitants in the district of Sala, its main threats and risks, and to provide the protection of inhabitants prior to the emergence of emergency events. Theoretical part shows the historical development of the civil protection in Slovakia evaluates the laws regarding to the issue of the protection of inhabitants and explains the basic terms. Practical part analyses the current and imminent state of the area and describes the assurance of the basic protection moves of inhabitants at the emergence of emergency event connected with the leakage of dangerous chemicals. In the conclusion the author has summarized the preparedness of the individual Executive administration and has suggested concrete actions aimed to improve the protection of inhabitants in the district of Sala. |
