Diplomová práce je zaměřena na problematiku integrace postižených či znevýhodněných žáků do běžné základní školy a na roli asistenta pedagoga, kterou při této integraci zastává. Teoretická část práce se v několika kapitolách zabývá principy základního vzdělávání v České republice, vymezuje základní pojmosloví související s integrací. Dále jsou zde rozlišeny klíčové kompetence asistenta pedagoga a osobního asistenta a vymezena legislativa a dokumenty související s profesí asistenta pedagoga. Cílem praktické části je popis realizace a výsledků smíšeného typu výzkumu, jehož hlavním cílem je zmapování klíčových faktorů ovlivňujících z pohledu asistenta pedagoga proces integrace žáka se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami do základní školy běžného typu. |

The thesis focuses on the problems of integration of disabled pupils into an ordinary primary school and on the role of a teaching assistant in this case. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the principles of primary education in the Czech republic. It defines the key words connected with integration. It also distinguishes between the key authorities of a teaching assestant and a personal assistant and defines the legislation and documents related to the teaching assistant's profession. The aim of the practical part is to describe the implementation and results of miscellaneous type of the research. The main goal of the research was mapping out the kay factors affecting the process of integration of pupil with special educational needs into an ordinary primary school. |
