dc.description.abstract	Diplomová práce primárně analyzuje činnosti Policie České republiky při mimořádné události bleskové povodni. V teoretické části práce autor nejprve rozebírá ochranu obyvatel a poslání Policie České republiky. Dále analyzuje pojem blesková povodeň a vymezuje činnosti prováděné Policií České republiky. V závěru teoretické části se zabývá obecným návrhem podpůrného systému pro činnosti Policie České republiky v místě postiženém bleskovou povodní. Praktická část diplomové práce se zabývá vyhodnocením dotazníku zaměřeného k ověření správnosti návrhu technického systému.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	Diploma thesis primary analyzes activity of the Czech Police during emergency incident of flash flood. In theoretical part of the thesis author describes role of Police of the Czech Republic and the way they protect the citizens. Furthermore author describes definition of flash flood and activity of Police of the Czech Republic during this event. In the end of theoretical part author propose idea for support system to help Police of the Czech Republic to defend citizens and their property on places affected by flash flood. Practical part of the thesis evaluates results of inquiry that was targeted to find out if technical design for support system is correct.	en
