dc.description.abstract	Cílem diplomové práce bylo zpracovat informační manuál pro bezpečnostní manažery řešící evropskou bezpečnost na pozadí afghánského problému. Teoretická část diplomové práce se zabývá vývojem situace v Afghánistánu za posledních 20 let, identifikaci a stanovením nejzávažnějších rizik pro ČR, Evropu a soukromý bezpečnostní sektor. V praktické části je provedená analýza těchto bezpečnostních rizik s využitím jejich souvztažností metodou KARS. S analýzou rizik jsou zároveň podány efektivní metody a možnosti jejich řešení.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the thesis was to develop a manual to inform security managers who are dealing with European security at the background of the Afghan problem. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with the developments in Afghanistan over the past 20 years, and by identifying the most serious risks for the Czech Republic, Europe, and the private security sector. In the practical part is done an analysis of the security risks of using their correlations by KARS method. Simultaneously with the risk analysis, there are also given effective methods and solutions of this problem.	en
