Má práce se zabývá návrhem možného řešení pro řízení elektronické dokumentace v malé nebo střední firmě. Pro aplikaci navrhovaného řešení jsem si vybrala společnost United Polymers s.r.o., která svou velikostí patří mezi střední firmy. V teoretické části bych ráda představila současný stav, jaký je v této firmě nastaven. Vysvětlila bych základní pojmy, evidenci a digitalizaci, současná používaná IT řešení a slabá místa, která je možné zlepšit. Praktická část je zaměřena na návrh a možnou realizaci nového řešení, které má usnadnit práci a zlepšit chod jak jednotlivých pracovních postupů, tak celé firmy. |

My thesis deals with possible solutions for managing the electronic documents in a small or medium company. I?ve chosen United Polymers Company Ltd., which fits in terms of size among medium businesses, to apply the proposed solution. I?d like to present the current setting of the company in the theoretical part of this work, and explain the basic concepts, recording and digitization, actual IT solutions and weaknesses that can be improved. The practical part is focused on the design and implementation of a new possible solution to facilitate work and improve the operation of both individual techniques and the whole company. |
