Práca pojednáva o využití simulačného nástroja v problematike hodnotenia dopadov mimoriadnej udalosti. V teoretickej časti je vypracovaná literárna rešerš na tému riešenie mimoriadnych udalostí, následne pojednáva o vybraných analytických metódach hodnotenia rizika, všeobecných princípoch a softwarovej podpore modelovania a simulácie. V praktickej časti bola realizovaná simulácia úniku nebezpečnej látky vo vybranom objekte. Ide o únik plynu do ovzdušia a horenie kaluže kvapaliny. Na základe výstupov simulácie bolo vytvorené zhodnotenie dopadov mimoriadnej udalosti a následne na to boli formulované doporučenia a návrh pre doplnenie bezpečnostnej dokumentácie. |

The thesis deals with the simulation software use in the issue of emergency incident impact evaluation. In the theoretical part a literature review on incidents solving is elaborated, consequently selected analytical methods for risk assessment together with general principles and modelling and simulation software support are discussed. In the practical part the simulation of hazardous substance leak in the selected premises was realized. The issue is about leakage of gas into the air and liquid pool burning. Based on the simulation outputs the evaluation of emergency incidents impacts was created and then recommendations and safety documentation completion were defined. |
