dc.description.abstract	Táto diplomová práca sa zaoberá hodnotením efektívnosti stravovacieho zariadenia a mož-nosťami outsourcingu jeho produktov. Práca je rozdelená do dvoch hlavných častí: teore-tickej a praktickej, pričom praktická časť pozostáva z analytickej a projektovej sekcie. V teoretickej časti sú uvedené základné poznatky z oblasti služieb, stravovacích služieb a projektového riadenia. Analytická časť zahŕňa charakteristiku spoločnosti, popis súčas-ného stavu a analýzu možností využitia budovy v priemyselnom areáli. Následne je preve-dená analýza efektívnosti poskytovania outsourcingu stravovacích služieb. Projektová časť je zameraná na realizáciu samotného projektu vytvorenia prevádzky stravovacieho zariade-nia. Na záver bol projekt podrobený analýze rizík.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	This master thesis deals with the evaluation of the effectiveness of catering establishment and possibilities of its outsourcing. The work is divided into two main parts: theoretic and practical one. The practical part contains analytic and project section. In theoretic part, there is mentioned some basic knowledge related to the topics of services, catering services and project management. The analytic part includes company?s characteristics, description of the current state and usage analysis of building in industrial area. The project part fo-cuses on realization of creating the plant providing catering services. At the end the project was subjugated to risk analysis.	en
