dc.description.abstract	Cílem bakalářské práce je stručně seznámit čtenáře se softwarovým řešením podporujícím celoživotní vzdělávání zaměstnanců v komerčních firmách či státních organizacích. Databázová aplikace umožňuje získat informace o počtu proškolených uživatelů, počtu proškolených kurzů, součástí aplikace je portál umožňují ověření dosažených znalostí při školení formou testu, či portál obsahující studijní materiály týkající se proškolované oblasti. V této práci je nastíněno databázové řešení a logika vytvořené aplikace. Nachází se zde také základní postupy a scénáře při práci s aplikací.	cs

dc.description.abstract-translated	The aim of the bachelory work is a short apprising readers with a software solve supporting all-life education of commercial companies employers' or state organizations. The database application enables us to get information about number of the train users, the number of the train courses, the part of the application is a portal enabling validate achieve knowledge during training of a test form or a portal including study materials appertains of the train area. In this essay is scetched a database solution and a logic of the made application. We can also find there the basic techniques and scenarios during work with the application.	en
