Cílem této práce bylo provést studii dodavatelského systému jakosti BRC. V teoretické části jsou rozvedena obecná východiska pro zavedení této normy do potravinářských podniků, dále obsahuje detailní rozbor zásadních požadavků a srovnání s dalšími systémy jakosti (ISO 9001:2000, ISO 22000, dodavatelský standard IFS), jejichž struktura je v závěru teoretické části porovnána v přehledné tabulce. Praktická část je zaměřena na model implementace BRC do potravinářského podniku. Konkrétně se jedná o shromáždění potřebné dokumentace požadované normou BRC, výčet jednotlivých dokumentů a některé vzory těchto dokumentů. Poslední část se věnuje certifikaci této normy, především jejímu postupu a výčtu hlavních certifikačních organizací působících na našem trhu. |

The aim of this work was to carry out a study of supplier quality system BRC. In the theoretical part there are expanded general outlets for implementation of this standard in food factory, next there is a detailed analysis of critical requirements and comparation with other quality systems (ISO 9001:2000, ISO 22000, supplier standard IFS) whose structure is compared among each other in the end of theoretical part. The practical part targets a model of BRC implementation in food factory. In the concrete there is a collection of documents, which is required by BRC standard and any examples of these documents. In the end this work attends to certification of this standard, especially to certification process and listing of leading certification bodys in our market. |
