Cílem bakalářské práce bylo vyhodnotit možnosti, problémy a přínos nasazení detektorů návykových látek pro zajištění bezpečnosti provozu na pozemních komunikacích a bezpečnosti práce v souladu s platnou legislativní úpravou ČR. Teoretická část obsahuje klasifikaci návykové látky, možnosti její detekce, způsoby a metody použití těchto detektorů. Praktická část řeší problematiku praktického využití detektorů návykových látek u Policie ČR Olomouckého kraje a byla rovněž provedena analýza používaných detektorů u PČR. Součástí práce je rovněž test nepřesnosti analyzátoru alkoholu v dechu z nižších cenových relací a profesionálního přístroje používaného Policií ČR. |

The aim of this thesis was evaluate the possibilities, problems and benefits of use the detectors of addictive substance to ensure safety on roads and labour safety in accordance with legal standarts of the Czech republic. The theoretical part contains classification of addictive substance, the possibility of the detection methods and kind of use this detectors. The practical part deals the problems of use detectors of addictive substance by the Police Czech republic in Olomouc region and it was also made analyse of used police detectors. The last part contains the test of inaccurate alcohol breath analyzer of the lower price levels and professional apparatus used by the Police. |
